§ 23-1Association recognized.
The Duncannon Firemen's Relief Association, Duncannon Borough, Perry County, is hereby recognized as the relief association qualified to receive the moneys payable to the Borough Treasurer which are derived from the state tax upon premiums of foreign fire insurance companies.
