§ 42-1 Creation.

The Council of the Borough of Duncannon signifies its intention and desire to organize a Borough Planning Commission under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act No. 247 of 1968, July 31, P.L. 805, as amended and supplemented.

§ 42-2 Membership; qualifications.

The Planning Commission shall consist of five members, all of whom shall be residents of the Borough of Duncannon.

§ 42-3 Powers and duties.

The Planning Commission shall be governed and shall have all the powers and duties of a planning agency as set forth in the Municipalities Planning Code as required under 53 P.S. § 10209.1(a) and as Borough Council may request under 53 P.S. § 10209.1(b).
