§ 60-1 Creation; composition; powers and duties.

A Shade Tree Commission, which shall be composed of five members, is hereby created in and for the Borough of Duncannon. The said Commission shall be constituted as provided by law and shall perform all duties and may exercise all the powers conferred by law upon borough shade tree commissions.

§ 60-2 Assessment of penalties.

The Shade Tree Commission may assess penalties of not more than $25 for each and every violation of any regulation of such Commission or of any of the provisions of Chapter 205, Trees, of the Code of the Borough of Duncannon so far as it relates to shade trees.
