§ 219-15Adoption of regulations by reference.Â
Duncannon PA PUC Water Tariff No. 3 is hereby adopted as the rates, rules and regulations governing water service within and without the Borough of Duncannon and is incorporated herein by reference and shall be available for inspection by any customer served by the Duncannon water system at all times during normal working hours on normal working days at the Duncannon Borough office.
