Township of Clark, NJ Article VII Administrative Organization

§ 3-22 Administrative organization established.

The Township government shall be composed of the following departments, boards and commissions:

A. Administration:

(1) Department of Administration and Health.

(2) Department of Revenue and Finance.

(3) Department of Assessments.

(4) Department of Law.

(5) Department of Public Safety.

(6) Department of Public Works and Engineering.

(7) Department of Construction.

(8) Department of Recreation.

(9) Department of Senior Citizen Affairs.

(10) Department of Communications and Business Development.

B. Court established:

(1) Municipal Court.

C. Boards and Commissions:

(1) Planning Board.

(2) Zoning Board of Adjustment.

(3) Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority.

(4) Insurance Fund Commission.[1]

D. Miscellaneous. Such other offices, departments, boards, commissions or authorities as are or may be established by law.
