Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:61-35.1 et seq.,[1] there is hereby created a public body corporate and politic under the name of the "Hyatt Hills Golf Course Commission," hereinafter referred to as the "Commission."
Editor's Note: N.J.S.A. 40:61-35.1 was repealed by P.L. 2007, c. 63, effective November 1, 2007.

[Amended 4-4-2016 by Ord. No. 16-05]
The Commission shall consist of two Commissioners, each of whom shall be the sitting Mayor of each of the Townships of Clark and Cranford. The individuals holding the foregoing named offices shall be the sole members of the Commission. The Commissioners shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to reimbursement for their reasonable expenses.
[Amended 4-4-2016 by Ord. No. 16-05]
The Commission shall have the power to enter into an operating agreement with the owner of the golf course to authorize the owner to enter into contracts with various entities engaged in the business of operating a golf course in order to direct the day-to-day operations of the golf course, its restaurant, lounge, and other ancillary facilities. Said authority shall be evidenced by a resolution of the Commissioners.
