GENERAL REFERENCES
Licensing — See Ch. 203.
The provisions of Chapter VIII of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code (N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq.), entitled "Body Art Procedures," shall be enforced in the Township of Clark.

The following fees shall be charged in connection with any application made pursuant to § 95-1:
A. 
Plan review: $250.
B. 
License: $500.
C. 
Licensing of temporary establishment: $1,000 per event per vendor.

A. 
Penalty. Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.
B. 
Separate violations. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
C. 
Loss of license, permit or privilege. In addition to the provisions of Subsections A and B, any person violating any provision of this chapter may have the license, permit or privilege relating to each violation suspended or revoked, subject to such person's right to a hearing, conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.[1]
