Fire prevention — See Ch. 161.
All zoning districts other than R-150, R-100, R-75 and R-60
are established as the fire limits for the Township.
The Fire Subcode Official shall prepare and submit to the Township
Council biannually a report reevaluating the delineation of the fire
limits. The report shall indicate the recommendations of the Fire
Subcode Official regarding those areas which should be designated
as within fire limits, with the reasons therefor.
