A.
When a building within the Township of Clark is protected by an automatic fire alarm system or sprinkler system and/or access to or within a building, or an area within that building, is unduly difficult because of secured openings, and where immediate access is necessary for lifesaving or fire-fighting purposes, a key box system shall be installed by the owner at a location approved by the Township of Clark Fire Official/Fire Marshal/Fire Code Official. This key box shall be of a type and size approved by the Fire Official/Fire Marshal/Fire Code Official to be compatible with the system used in the Township of Clark. The Fire Official/Fire Marshal/Fire Code Official requires the key box to have a tamper switch which could be connected to the building's fire/burglar alarm system.[1]
