The acts described in this article shall be considered disorderly
conduct.
No person or persons shall carry on an altercation or dispute
in any public place in such manner as to impede, obstruct or delay
vehicular or pedestrian traffic or travel or to cause a disturbance
or breach of the peace.
No person shall create a disturbance or breach of the peace
on any private property and refuse to desist or to leave when requested
to do so by the owner or person in possession of or in charge of such
private property.
No person shall disturb public peace by threatening to inflict
bodily injury upon another or threatening to unlawfully destroy or
damage the property of another.
No person shall disrupt, interfere with or prevent the orderly
conduct of any public meeting. Intent to cause such disruption or
interference may be presumed from a person speaking out at a time
when public comments are not allowed after being told by the presiding
officer to stop; speaking out during the portion of the meeting set
aside for public comments out of turn or continuing to speak exceeding
a reasonable time and after being told by the presiding officer to
stop; preventing or interfering with another person speaking; creating
distracting noises or displays; or engaging in any other activity
tending to disrupt such meeting after being told by the presiding
officer to stop.

The following are public nuisances:
A.
To fight, quarrel, brawl or otherwise engage in any disorderly conduct
so as to disturb the public peace and quiet.
B.
To urinate or defecate in public places or streets or on the public
lawns or yards of private homes or residences or in public view.
C.
To make any indecent exposure of his or her private parts or to engage
in any lewd or indecent act or behavior.
D.
To make any indecent act or gesture towards any individual while
passing on the streets and sidewalks within the Township or engage
in similar conduct so as to disturb the public peace and quiet.
E.
To disturb or interrupt exercises or functions of public or private
schools or to engage in any conduct intended or designed to discomfort
the students attending any public or private school or any teacher,
administrator or any school employee.
F.
To bring, possess or consume any alcoholic beverages on the property
used for school purposes at any time without the express written permission
of the Board of Education or its delegated agent.

Proselytizing, preaching, lecturing, exhorting, addressing,
soliciting or otherwise endeavoring in the name of free speech to
canvass within the Township of Clark on the public streets of the
Township of Clark is hereby restricted to locations at least 1,000
feet from any public or private school buildings between the hours
of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., weekdays.
