Certain lightly traveled streets within the Township have become
a dumping ground for solid waste and other household garbage.
B.Â
Such condition poses a danger to the public safety, health and welfare
of the residents of the Township.
C.Â
The closing of such streets will not impose a hardship on the citizens
of the Township or surrounding communities, nor will it cause difficulty
to the police, fire and first aid personnel in responding to emergencies
within the Township.
The following streets are hereby designated to be closed:
