[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of

The Village Board of the Village of Woodville does hereby approve
and accept the petition for annexation dated May 9, 1995, and signed
by Marvin Gossel and David and Nora Albrightson. The following parcel
of property is thereby annexed into the Village of Woodville pursuant

C.
Temporary zoning classification. Part of the annexed property will
be temporarily zoned commercial (B-1), part will be temporarily zoned
agricultural, and part will be temporarily zoned industrial. The property
to be zoned commercial is listed in Exhibit B of this section, on
file with the Clerk-Treasurer; the property to be zoned agricultural
is listed in Exhibit C of this section, on file with the Clerk-Treasurer;
and the property to be zoned industrial is listed in Exhibit D of
this section.

is annexed to the Village of Woodville:

From and after the original date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.
C.
Temporary zoning classification. Pursuant to § 525-13D, the territory annexed to the Village of Woodville by this section is temporarily zoned A-1 Agricultural.
D.
Payment to town. Pursuant to § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., the
Village Board agrees to pay annually to the Town of Eau Galle for
five years an amount equal to the amount of property taxes that the
town levied on the annexed territory, as shown by the tax roll under
§ 70.65, Wis. Stats., in 2009.
