The Village Board of the Village of Woodville does hereby approve and accept the petition for annexation dated May 9, 1995, and signed by Marvin Gossel and David and Nora Albrightson. The following parcel of property is thereby annexed into the Village of Woodville pursuant to Ch. 66, Wis. Stats.:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2, T28N, R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
A. 
Territory annexed (annexation of owned territory). In accordance with § 66.025, Wis. Stats.,[1] the following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is detached from the Town of Eau Galle and is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
Part of Southwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 and part of Northwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 2-28-16, described as follows: Commencing at intersection of West line of Southwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 and South line of County Trunk Highway "B"; thence S2° 48' West on said West line and West line of Northwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 2,355 feet, more or less, to North line of U.S. Highway 94; thence S86° 12' East on said North line 531 feet; thence N4° 17' East 318.28 feet; thence N41° 54' West 496.36 feet; thence N86° 12' West 140 feet; thence N2° 48' East to Sly line of County Trunk Highway "B"; thence Northwesterly on said Sly line to place of beginning.
Part of Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 2-28-16, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 94 and the line between the Southwest 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 2; thence N2° 48' East along said quarter line a distance of 665 feet; thence N86° 12' West a distance of 495.40 feet; thence S3° 48' West a distance of 664.90 feet to the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 94; thence S86° 12' E along said right-of-way line a distance of 507 feet to point of beginning.
That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Northwest 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, T28N, R16W, Town of Eau Galle, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 2; thence S00 53' 25" West, 2,221 feet; thence S89º 06' 35" East, 50 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing S89º 06' 35" East, 650 feet; thence S00 53' 25" West, 330 feet; thence S89º 06' 35" East, 265 feet; thence S00 53' 25" West, 355 feet; thence N89º 06' 35" West, 685 feet; thence N00 53' 25" East, 280 feet; thence N89º 06' 35" West, 230 feet; thence N00 53' 25" East, 405 feet, to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 10.90 acres, more or less.
Approximately 5.7 acres up to and including the creek bed of Northeast corner of Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 2, T28N, R16W. The above description intends to describe the following parcel of land: All that part of Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section.

Effect of annexation. From and after the original date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A above shall be a part of the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin, for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules, and regulations governing the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin.
C. 
Temporary zoning classification. Part of the annexed property will be temporarily zoned commercial (B-1), part will be temporarily zoned agricultural, and part will be temporarily zoned industrial. The property to be zoned commercial is listed in Exhibit B of this section, on file with the Clerk-Treasurer; the property to be zoned agricultural is listed in Exhibit C of this section, on file with the Clerk-Treasurer; and the property to be zoned industrial is listed in Exhibit D of this section.

The following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is hereby detached from the Town of Eau Galle and is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
A part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N-1/2 of NW-1/4), Section 2, Township 28 North, Range 16 West, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 2; thence N.88°x45'01"E. along the North line of Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) said Section 2, 1965.17 feet; thence S.03°x06'04"E. 1333.91 feet; thence S.88°x02'25"W. 1237.82 feet; thence N.03°x07'52"W. 453.75 feet; thence S.88°x02'25"W. 181.50 feet; thence S.03°x07'52"E. 41.25 feet; thence S.88°x02'25"W. 544.50 feet; thence N.03°x07'52"W. along the West line of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of said Section 2 945.78 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel contains 53.64 acres more or less, and is subject to any easements or restrictions of record.

Stats., and the petition for direct annexation by unanimous approval dated March 5, 2001, signed by all of the electors residing in the territory and all of the owners of all of the real property in the territory, the following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW-1/4 of NE-1/4) of Section 2, Township 28 North, Range 16 West, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the original date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.
C. 
Temporary zoning classification. Pursuant to § 525-13D, the territory annexed to the Village of Woodville by this section is temporarily zoned A-1 Agricultural.

Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.0217(2), Wis. Stats., the Village Board of the Village of Woodville does hereby approve and accept the petition for annexation dated February 15, 2002, and signed by Alma Smith. The following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is thereby detached from the Town of Eau Galle and is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE-1/4 of NW-1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Sixteen (16) West, described as follows: Commencing 217-1/2 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 93 feet; thence West 92 feet; thence North 93 feet; thence East 92 feet to place of beginning.
B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A above shall be a part of the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin, for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin.
C. 
Zoning. The annexed property will be temporarily zoned residential.

Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., and the petition for direct annexation dated January 13, 2003, the following described territory in the Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
Part of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 16 West, Village of Woodville, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 34; thence N 03º32'08" W along the East line of the NE-1/4 of said Section 34 132.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 03º32'57" W 602.37 feet; thence S 86º19'09" W 174.09 feet; thence S 03º39'08" E 526.35 feet; thence N 89º35'55" E 110.23 feet; thence S 03º39'08" E 66.11 feet; thence N 89º35'55" E 63.07 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 2.21 acres more or less and is subject to any easements or restrictions of record.

Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.

Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.

Stats., and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk on June 14, 2005, and signed by all the owners of land in area and real property assessed value in the territory, the following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 2, T28N, R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 2; Thence S 0l°11'36" W 1986.24 feet along the North-South quarter line of said Section 2 to the point of beginning; Thence continuing S 0l°11'36" W 1201.23 feet along the westerly line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville; Thence N 87°42'53" W 495.40 feet along part of the northerly line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville; Thence S 02°11'34" W 664.88 feet along the westerly line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville to the northerly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 94; Thence along the northerly right-of-way line said Interstate Highway 94, N 87°42'53" W 223.31 feet; Thence parallel to the west line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville, N 0l°11'36" E 2052.49 feet; Thence parallel to the north line said SE/NW, S 87°39'S1" E 586.61 feet to the westerly line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville; Thence S 09°03'57" E 193.85 feet along the westerly line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville; Thence N 90°00'00" E 109.18 feet along the westerly line of the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 1,141,422 square feet (26.20 acres), more or less.
B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.

Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk on July 14, 2009, and signed by the First Baptist Church of Woodville, the following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is hereby detached from the Town of Eau Galle and is annexed to the Village of Woodville:
Part of the SW 1/4 of the Fractional NE 1/4, and part of the SE 1/4 of the Fractional NE 1/4, of Section 2, Township 28 North, Range 16 West, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin described as follows: Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded August 30, 2007 in Volume 22, Page 5444 as Document No. 859545.
B. 
Effect of annexation. From and after the original date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.
C. 
Temporary zoning classification. Pursuant to § 525-13D, the territory annexed to the Village of Woodville by this section is temporarily zoned A-1 Agricultural.
D. 
Payment to town. Pursuant to § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., the Village Board agrees to pay annually to the Town of Eau Galle for five years an amount equal to the amount of property taxes that the town levied on the annexed territory, as shown by the tax roll under § 70.65, Wis. Stats., in 2009.

Territory, annexed. In accordance with § 66.0127, Wis. Stats., and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk on March 16, 2017, and signed by Rickie Finn, the following described territory in the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, is hereby detached from the Town of Eau Galle and is annexed to the Village of Woodville:
Part of the NE 1/4 corner of Section 2, Township 28 North, Range 16 West; thence N.87°14'12"W., along the north line of said NE 1/4, of the NW 1/4, 33.02 feet to the point of beginning; thence S.00°54'56, parallel to the east line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 110.00 feet; thence N.87°14'12"W., parallel to the north line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 120.00 feet; thence N.00°54'56"E., parallel to the east line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 110.00 feet to the north line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence S.87°14'12"E., along the north line of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 120.00 feet to the point of beginning. Described as follows: Lot 1 of certified Survey Map recorded October 12, 2017, in Volume 28 Page 6401 as Document No. 1055450.

Effect of annexation. From and after the original date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Woodville for any and all purposes provided by the law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Woodville.
C. 
Pursuant to § 525-13D, the territory annexed to the Village of Woodville by this section is zoned R-1 Residential.
D. 
Payment to town. Pursuant to § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., the Village Board agrees to pay annually to the Town of Eau Galle for five years an amount equal to the amount of property taxes that the town levied on the annexed territory, as shown by the tax roll under § 70.65, Wis. Stats., in 2017.
