[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township

The Township hereby appoints an independent auditor to audit
the Township books annually at the close of the fiscal year. Such
auditor shall be a certified public accountant who shall specifically
be appointed by resolution of the Board on an annual basis, with the
remuneration for such services to be set by resolution of the Board.
