Any person who aids or assists any person or entity in violating
any of the terms of this chapter or who otherwise violates the provisions
of this chapter shall pay a fine after summary conviction according
to the procedure in other cases of summary conviction in an amount
of not in excess of $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default
of payment of such fine and costs, shall be imprisoned for a term
not exceeding 30 days. Each day after written notice that the person
is in violation of this chapter shall be deemed to constitute a separate
and new violation.
