No person shall store in the open upon any land in the Township any of the following items:

B.
Used refrigerators, stoves, washers, laundry tubs or any other used household equipment.
C.
Used television or radio sets.
D.
Used mechanical or electrical equipment and large tools.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to any item which is stored in a lawfully erected building.
[Amended 7-19-2001 by Ord. No. 388]

Violators will be issued a written warning and granted 30 days to comply with this article.
B.
Whoever violates this article shall be fined not more than $1,000 plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, imprisoned for a term not exceeding 30 days.
C.
Motor vehicles parked on any Township road, street, or alley shall be subjected to an immediate $25 parking ticket issued by the Rochester Township Police Department.
