A. 
No person shall park, or allow to be parked, any motor vehicle or other vehicle on any public street within the Township following the deposit or accumulation of ice or snow of three inches or greater in depth until the snow has been completely plowed for the full width of the cartway.
B. 
In addition to the penalties provided in § 154-16, the Township is authorized to remove, or cause the removal of, any vehicle parked in violation of Subsection A hereof and to store such vehicle in a public garage or other place of safety selected by the Township. The registered owner of the vehicle, if known, together with his/her address, shall be notified in writing of the fact of the removal and the place of deposit of such vehicle and that the vehicle may be reclaimed upon payment of the towing and storage charges.
No person shall park any vehicle on the highway, street or alley of the Township except a passenger car, passenger van or pickup truck. Any other vehicles, including but not limited to the categories of tractor-trailers, boats or trailers, are prohibited from being parked on the highways, streets and alleys of the Township at any time. Local deliveries are excepted from the provisions of this section.

Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be fined not more than $25 for each offense. A new and separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each day such violation exists.

A. 
Handicapped zones shall be established, and, when established, no vehicle shall be permitted to park in front of said address except those vehicles properly licensed for the handicapped. Said zones shall be established administratively, and applications to establish said zones may be obtained from the Chief of Police, who shall designate said zones after proper documentation is furnished by the property owner.

B. 
There shall be a no-parking zone established on the northeast section of Vermont Avenue between the handicapped parking space and the timed zone parking by the Rochester Township Road Department's storage building.
C. 
There shall be no parking in Webster Alley between Virginia Avenue and School Street near the Rochester High School.
D. 
There shall be a limit of one-hour parking between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the northern end of Vermont Avenue between Cleveland and New York Avenues.
E. 
Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
