Editor's Note: Ord. No. 876, adopted June 6, 1977, authorized a joint contract for mutual aid assistance in police protection for municipalities located in the S-2 area of the Allegheny County Police Radio Network.
Ord. No. 1222, adopted May 4, 1992, authorized the Borough to enter into the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General, Municipal Drug Task Force Agreement," including amendments thereto, and the "Municipal Police Cooperative Agreement," which agreements provide for intermunicipal police cooperation among participating municipalities and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Copies of Ord. No. 1222 and of the agreements attached thereto may be obtained, at cost, from the Assistant Borough Secretary.
Ord. No. 1405, adopted December 6, 1999, adopted and approved the Manual of Policy and Rules and Procedures for the Police Department. Copies of this ordinance and of the Manual may be obtained, at cost, from the Assistant Borough Secretary.
Ord. No. 1459, adopted August 5, 2002, authorized the Borough to enter into an intergovernmental agreement entitled "Agreement for Temporary Detention of Arrestees by and between the Boroughs of Green Tree and Dormont." Copies of Ord. No. 1459 and of the agreement attached thereto may be obtained, at cost, from the Assistant Borough Secretary.
Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to compensation and benefits are not codified. Copies of the latest relevant legislation, and of the latest Agreement between the Borough and the Green Tree Police Association, may be obtained, at cost, from the Assistant Borough Secretary.
