A Borough Planning Commission, to be composed of seven members,
appointed as provided by law, is hereby created in and for the Borough
of Phoenixville. The said Borough Planning Commission shall perform
all duties and may exercise all the powers conferred by law upon Borough
planning agencies.

Each Planning Commissioner who is eligible to receive compensation
as a Commissioner shall be entitled to receive $50 per month, payable
monthly.
