The regulations promulgated by the Board of Parks and Recreation
pursuant to this chapter are hereby incorporated by reference as a
part hereof, and any violation of said regulations is also a violation
of this chapter.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the above sections
shall be fined not more than $50 for each such offense, and a separate
offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which a violation
occurs or continues.
Any vehicle violating the above-mentioned parking regulations
may be towed away at the owner's expense.

A.
No person shall walk, carry or permit any wild or nondomesticated
animal owned by him or in his custody, including horses, reptiles
and exotic birds, in or upon any property under the jurisdiction of
the West Haven Board of Parks and Recreation without a permit issued
by the Board of Parks and Recreation.
B.
The owner or person having custody of such animal shall be responsible
for the removal of and shall immediately remove any solid waste produced
by such animal.
C.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of
this section shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense, and
a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which
a violation occurs or continues.
