The City of West Haven hereby authorizes property tax exemption
for alternative energy heating or cooling systems, as described in
Section 12-81(56) of the Connecticut General Statutes, and for alternative
energy electricity generating systems, as described in Section 12-81(57)
of the Connecticut General Statutes and Section 12-81(63), to the
extent and under the conditions prescribed in those sections, as they
may be amended. This authorization provides for an exemption for 15
assessment years following the installation of a system.
