It is the desire of the Board of Commissioners of the Township
of Robinson, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and the Board of Commissioners
hereby signifies its intention to organize an authority under the
Municipality Authorities Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.[1]

The name of the proposed authority shall be: The Municipal Authority
of the Township of Robinson.
The following persons are hereby appointed members of the Board
of the Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson for the terms
of office indicated:

Pursuant to said desire and intention of the Board of Commissioners
and in conformance with the terms and provisions of said Municipality
Authorities Act of 1945 and its amendments, the proposed articles
of incorporation are hereby set forth in full as follows:

In compliance with requirements of the Municipality Authorities
Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended, and pursuant to ordinance
adopted by the municipal authorities of the Township of Robinson,
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, signifying their desire and intention
to form a Municipal Authority and that a Certificate of Incorporation
be issued to said Authority, the Township of Robinson does hereby
certify:

The name of the Authority shall be: The Municipal Authority
of the Township of Robinson.

B.
|
The Authority is formed under the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382,
as amended.

C.
|
One other authority was heretofore formed by the Township under
the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act of June 28, 1935,
P.L. 463, as amended. Its name is Robinson Township Authority and
it is a presently existing authority in the Township of Robinson and
is in existence within said Township.

The name of the incorporating municipality is the Township of
Robinson, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

E.

The names and addresses of the President of the Board of Commissioners
and of all its members are as follows:

of the Board of said Authority are:

The Authority is limited to the undertaking of only those projects
which it is directed to undertake by resolution or ordinance of the
Board of Commissioners and is restricted to accomplishing the same
only in the manner set forth in said enabling resolution or ordinance.

The life of the Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson
be and is hereby extended to December 31, 2034.

The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Robinson hereby
directs that the Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson shall
be empowered to undertake only those projects which the Board of Commissioners
by resolution or ordinance shall direct said Authority to undertake,
and said authorized project or projects shall be accomplished only
in the manner set forth in said enabling resolution or ordinance.
The proposed articles of incorporation of the said Municipal
Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Township of Robinson
by the President of the Board of Commissioners, and the Seal of said
Township shall be thereto affixed and attested by the Township Secretary,
and filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth. The Solicitor is
hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published the notice
of intention to file the articles of incorporation with the Secretary
of the Commonwealth as required by the aforesaid act. No additional
publication of this article is required.
