An Executive Council of the Red Bank Volunteer Fire Department
is hereby authorized and established.
The Executive Council shall be responsible for the administrative
policies of the Red Bank Volunteer Fire Department.
The Executive Council shall consist of five members appointed
from each respective company and the duly elected Chiefs of the Department.
The Executive Council shall adopt rules and regulations for
its own government and shall elect from among its own members a President
and such other officers it determines desirable.
