Borough of Red Bank, NJ Article II Mutual Aid

[Adopted by Ord. No. 1992-24 (Sec. 2-73 of the 1987 Revised General Ordinances)]

§ 118-12 Authorization and approval of agreement..

The countywide mutual police aid compact recommended by the County Prosecutor and the Chief of Police and known as "The Monmouth County Mutual Aid Agreement" be and the same is hereby authorized and approved.

§ 118-13 Authorization for signing of agreement.

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and requested to sign and deliver said agreement on behalf of the Borough of Red Bank.

§ 118-14 Effective date.

Upon the effective date of the approved "Monmouth County Mutual Aid Agreement," any and all prior mutual aid agreements for police mutual aid are specifically repealed and terminated.
