[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township

The Township Committee of the Township of Liberty hereby authorizes
the establishment of a Neighborhood Watch Advisory Commission. Said
Advisory Commission shall consist of three members, one of whom shall
be a member of the Township Committee, one such member shall be a
delegate from the Neighborhood Watch Organization and the third member
shall be a member of the public at large.
The Neighborhood Watch Advisory Commission shall be appointed
by either a majority of the Township Committee or appointment of the
Mayor, or a combination of the two alternatives.
The Neighborhood Watch Advisory Commission shall not be considered
a part of the Town Watch Organization; however the Neighborhood Watch
Advisory Commission shall report to the Township Committee any needs
of the Neighborhood Watch Organization which may be addressable or
actionable by the Township Committee.
