As used in this Town Code, the following terms shall have meanings
indicated:
The Town Administrator shall be the chief administrative
officer of the Town.
The Webster Home Rule Charter.
The General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
All alleys, lanes, courts, public squares and places, including
sidewalks and gutters, unless the contrary is expressed or the construction
will be inconsistent with the manifest intent of these bylaws.
