GENERAL REFERENCES
Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 133.
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit snow and ice
removed from a property onto any public sidewalk, street, highway
or parkway in the village. Furthermore, any snow and ice removed from
a property must be redeposited within the boundaries of the property
from which it was removed.
Each person who violates any provision of this chapter shall,
for each and every day that said violation continues, be subject to
a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not to
exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
