The Board of Supervisors of Cranberry Township, Butler County,
Pennsylvania, has duly adopted the following rules and regulations
governing the furnishing of water and sewage services.

The rules and regulations, as amended and supplemented, shall
govern and control the furnishing of water and sewage services, shall
apply to all privately owned sewerage and water systems within the
jurisdiction of the Township and shall be a part of each application
for service and each service contract.

For the purposes of construing the rules and regulations, the
use of the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular.
Words used in the masculine gender shall include the feminine and
the neuter. Words used in the present or past tense shall include
the future.
