All residential roads and roads within business districts are 25
miles per hour and all collector roads are 35 miles per hour, unless
otherwise posted.
2.
Cranberry Township police or any other duly authorized police officers
are hereby authorized to use all speed-monitoring devices approved
by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
for the enforcement of the speed provisions of the Pennsylvania Vehicle
Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq., and ordinances of Cranberry
Township. This authorization shall include any timing devices authorized
by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania subsequent to the date of this
subsection for use by local police forces. Any device used shall be
operated in accordance with the guidelines or requirements set by
the Pennsylvania Department of transportation.

The following intersections, in addition to highways intersecting
through highways, are hereby established as stop intersections, and
official stop signs shall be erected, or are hereby confirmed if previously
erected, in such a position as to face traffic approaching on the
stop sign on the first-named highway. All vehicles approaching any
such intersection upon the first-named highway shall come to a full
stop, within a reasonable distance, before entering any such intersection:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle upon
any Township road that exceeds the size outlined in the Pennsylvania
Vehicle Code, Title 75, Chapter 49, § 4901 et seq.

It shall be unlawful for a person to operate a vehicle upon
any Township road that exceeds the weight outlined in the Pennsylvania
State Vehicle Code, Title 75, Chapter 49, § 4901 et seq.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle or
tractor upon any highway in this Township that is under construction,
resurfacing or repair, in disregard of any official sign, barricade
or notice that the same is closed to vehicular traffic. Any person
who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction
thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs
of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs,
to undergo imprisonment for not more than 10 days.
