It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke tobacco products
on any property, including any recreational facility, sports field
or recreational property, owned, leased or operated by the Township
of White or by the White Township Youth Athletic Association
All places affected by this chapter shall be identified by signs
posted with letters at least one inch in height stating "Smoking Prohibited"
or with the international symbol for "Smoking Prohibited."
Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine
of not less than $25 nor more than $50.
