Coin-operated amusements and vending machines — See Ch. 224.
Licenses may be issued by the Borough, pursuant to N.J.S.A.
5:8-50 et seq., for the holding, operating, and conducting of games
of chance, commonly known as raffles, on the first day of the week,
commonly known and designated as Sunday, subject to the limitations
set forth in N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.

The Borough Clerk is hereby delegated the authority to act as
the issuing authority for the purpose of approving the granting of
licenses for games of chance.
