No building shall be occupied or used until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued by the Zoning Officer. Certificates will only be issued after the Zoning Officer determines the building is sound and meets the provisions of this Chapter.
Permits will be valid for six months after they are issued, although the Zoning Officer may grant extensions of up to 90 days each. The permit will expire if the authorized work is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after it begins.
