Each Supervisor of Warminster Township elected or appointed to office on or after November 5, 1985, shall receive compensation for attending duly advertised general or special public meetings of the Board of Supervisors at the rate not to exceed that permitted by the Second Class Township Code.[1]

No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this Part 1B in excess of the annual statutory limit set by the Second Class Township Code.[1]

Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.

Should it be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by an amendment to the laws of Pennsylvania that this compensation applies to Supervisors in office as of January 1, 1986, the compensation as stated herein shall be paid from the date of such determination to any other qualified Supervisors.
