It shall be unlawful for any person or other legal entity to
leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to
children any abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box, refrigerator,
other container of any kind, any of which has an airtight door or
other door or a lock, snap-lock or other door catch or door fastener,
without first removing therefrom such airtight door or other door
and such locks, snap-lock or other door catch or door fastener.
