C.
Animals that have been determined to be dangerous shall be confined in a secure enclosure so as to contain the animal and prevent trespass. Additionally, the property shall contain a posting visible to all indicating that the property has a dangerous animal on premises.
D.
Additional incidents of dangerous acts or behavior on the part of the animal may result in a petition for the destruction of the animal and for additional penalties for the owner. All costs associated with the destruction of the animal will be assessed against the animal's owner.
