The provisions of N.J.A.C. 8:24-1.1 et seq. pertaining to retail food establishments and food and beverage vending machines shall be enforced in the Borough of Red Bank.

A. 
Required. No person shall machine-vend any food in the Borough, covered by the "Food and Beverage Vending Machine Code of New Jersey (1961)," without first having obtained from the Board of Health a license.
B. 
Expiration; revocation. Each license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall expire January 1 following the date of issue. A license granted under this chapter shall be revocable for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of the laws of this state relating to food and beverage vending machines.
C. 
Fees. Annual license fees shall be as follows:
(1) 
Milk vending machines: $5.
(2) 
Ice cream vending machines: $5.
(3) 
Vending machines dispensing potentially hazardous foods; i.e., any perishable food which consists in whole or part of milk or milk products, eggs, meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, or other ingredients capable of supporting rapid and progressive growth of infectious or toxigenic microorganisms: $5.
