The Retail Food Establishment Code of New Jersey (1965), approved by the New Jersey State Department of Health, is adopted and incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein.[1]

The code established and adopted by this chapter, by reference, is described and commonly known as, the "Retail Food Establishment Code of New Jersey (1965)," as hereinafter may be amended by the Board of Health of the Borough of Red Bank.
