A.
Permitted. Only pasteurized milk and cream shall be sold or distributed
within the Borough.
B.
Prohibited. The Board of Health may prohibit the sale of and distribution
of milk or cream which is produced or distributed in violation of
the provisions of this chapter or which it has reason to believe has
been exposed to contamination by emanations, exhalations or discharges
of any persons affected with any disease, the infection of which is
liable to be transmitted through milk.
Samples of milk or cream shall be furnished to the Board or
its authorized agent by any producer or dealer at any time upon the
tender of proper payment.
All milk and cream sold or distributed in the Borough shall
meet all the requirements of the State Department of Health and shall
conform to all regulations and bacterial and quality standards of
the State Department of Health.
