The Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953), approved
by the New Jersey State Department of Health on September 16, 1953,
is adopted and incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length
herein.

The code established and adopted by this section, by reference,
is described and commonly known as, the "Public Health Nuisance Code
of New Jersey (1953)," as hereinafter may be amended by the Board
of Health of the Borough of Red Bank.

Three copies of the Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey
(1953) have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary of
this local Board of Health and will remain on file for the use and
examination of the public.
