The Individual Sewage Disposal System Code of New Jersey (1963)
(N.J.A.C. 7:9A-1.1 et seq., as amended and supplemented), approved
by the New Jersey State Department of Health, shall be enforced within
the Borough.
No individual disposal system shall be constructed or maintained
in and upon any property in the Borough where such property fronts
upon or adjoins any street or thoroughfare wherein a public sewer
is now or may hereafter be laid and in use.
