Ord. 173	8/6/1918	Authorizing an exchange of deeds between the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Railway Company and the Borough, and the execution, acknowledgement and delivery of deed by the proper officers.
Ord. 182	8/21/1921	Providing for the purchase of two (2) certain lots or pieces of ground situate in the Borough, from Edgar C. Gerwig, et al, for the purpose of locating and opening a street thereof to be called "Gerwig Street."
Ord. 480	12/1955	Providing for the acquisition by eminent domain certain real estate, and providing for the furnishing of a bond in accordance with the law. This refers to three (3) tracts of land to be used for parking lots and other municipal purposes.
Ord. 597	9/19/1967	Providing for the acquisition by eminent domain certain real estate and providing for the filing of a declaration of taking in accordance with the law. The land, Lots 5 through 14 in the Wilholm Acres Plan number 5, recorded in the Recorder's Office, owned by Morris Unger, was to be used for recreational purposes.
Ord. 738	2/21/1984	Providing for the acquisition by eminent domain of certain real estate of the Bethany Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of the Borough of Bridgeville also known as the Bridgeville Presbyterian Church.
Res. 2015-04	6/8/2015	Providing for the acquisition of property known as 416 Bower Hill Road, receipt of a deed in lieu of condemnation, and payment of reasonable consideration in lieu of just compensation for same.
