Double parking is prohibited in all cases where the same may be avoided without unreasonable inconvenience or in case of emergencies.
Complaints for violations of this article may be brought before the Mayor or any Magisterial District Judge in Towanda Borough.[1]

Where Council has caused places along the streets of Towanda Borough to be marked as loading or unloading stations, it shall be unlawful for any person to allow his vehicle to be parked at such points after the work of loading or unloading has been completed, or, in any event, for longer than 15 minutes at one time, unless an extension of time is applied for from the patrolman on duty or the Police Department for reasonable cause shown.
Any person violating, or permitting his vehicle to violate this article, on conviction before the Mayor or any Magisterial District Judge in and for Towanda Borough, shall be liable to a fine of $5 for the first offense, and $10 for each subsequent offense.
