The proposed intergovernmental cooperation agreement between the Township of Colebrookdale, Berks County, Pennsylvania, party of the first part, and the Borough of Boyertown, Berks County, Pennsylvania, party of the second part, which would give to the Borough complete governmental control of the Borough park, which is situate on lands in Colebrookdale Township by the Borough, is hereby approved in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.[1]

The proposed intergovernmental cooperation agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit A is made a part hereof by reference.
The President of the Borough Council and the Borough Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute said intergovernmental cooperation agreement on behalf of the Borough, upon adoption of an appropriate ordinance by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Colebrookdale.
