The Township establishes the attached schedules as the official checklist to be given to all applicants who present applications to the Township's Land Use Board in the Township. The applicant shall be required to comply with the checklist adopted in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10.3 in order for said application to be considered a "complete application." The checklist shall be available for review and be provided to all applicants or potential applicants to the Township's Land Use Board and shall be on file with the Township's Land Use Board and shall be on file with the Township Land Use Board secretary during regular business hours at the Township's Municipal Building, 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, New Jersey.
There is adopted by reference Schedule A as the "General Requirements" applicable to all submissions to the Township's Land Use Board, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Township Clerk.
There is adopted by reference Schedule B, which schedule shall be applicable to all minor and major subdivision applications, preliminary and final site plans and preliminary and final major subdivision applications submitted to the Township's Land Use Board, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Township Clerk.
Schedule C, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Township Clerk, is adopted and applicable to all applications considered under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(a)(b)(c)(d), as well as for all applications for conditional uses and/or planning variances.
It is the responsibility of the engineer for the Township's Land Use Board to review and determine whether or not applicant has complied with the applicable checklist and whether or not the application is a "complete application" based on all other applicable ordinances.
