The public yacht basin on Waretown Creek, owned and maintained by the Township, shall be regulated as follows:
A. 
Boats shall conduct themselves and maintain their boats and the equipment thereon and appurtenant thereto so as to cause a fire hazard to the dock or to other boats, and any condition aboard or around a boat constituting a fire hazard shall be removed by the owner of the boat.
B. 
Walkways and docks shall be kept clear at all times. Supplies, equipment or material shall not be piled thereon.
C. 
Garbage, refuse and paper shall not be thrown overboard. All garbage and refuse shall be wrapped in paper and deposited in receptacles or carried away.
D. 
Boat toilets shall not be used while the boat is in the basin.
E. 
Waste oil shall not be thrown into the basin but shall be removed from the basin by the owner.
F. 
No cleaning of fish on the docks or walkways shall be permitted.
G. 
Boats shall not be operated in the basin at a speed in excess of four miles per hour.
H. 
Parking of automobiles, except for the loading and unloading of equipment and of fish and game, shall not be at the bulkhead where the boats land.
I. 
Local boats shall remain at the dock not more than two hours for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers and loading and unloading equipment and fish and game.
J. 
All boats shall be landed and secured to the dock by bow or stern, and not sideways or lengthwise, so as to conserve the greatest available space for other boats to land.
