Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply
with any provision of these regulations shall be fined not less than
$20 and not more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense
shall be deemed committed on each day during which violations occur
or continue.
It is the intention of the Board of Health that these regulations,
and every provision thereof, shall be considered separable, and invalidity
of any section, clause, or provision of these regulations shall not
affect the validity of any other portion of these regulations.
Each provision of this regulation shall be construed as separate
to the end that, if any provision, or sentence, clause or phrase thereof,
shall be held invalid for any reason, the remainder of that section
and all other sections shall continue in full force and effect.
All regulations and parts of regulations of the Board of Health,
in conflict herewith, are hereby revoked.
