[Article 12, voted in the affirmative 3-11-1958 by the Annual Town Meeting, reads as
follows: "To see if the Town will vote to join in a Regional Planning
Commission and authorize the Selectmen to appoint three members to
represent the Town, the initial terms shall be, the first member to
serve for one year, the second for two years and the third for three
years, and at the expiration of each year a member shall be appointed
to serve for three years. This commission would be established under
authority granted in Sections 37-44 Chapter 36 of the New Hampshire
Revised Statutes Annotated.[1]"]
