The following provisions on Sunday sales are hereby enacted
in pursuance of authority conferred by RSA 332-D:4, and for the purpose
of promoting the health, safety, morals, prosperity, convenience,
and general welfare of all persons governed by this chapter.
A.
It shall be lawful to conduct sports, games, auctions, or exhibitions
in connection with which admission is charged or donations are made
or accepted on Sunday, within the Town of Bedford.
B.
It shall be lawful to conduct sports and games in connection with
which no admission is charged and no donations are made or accepted
within the Town of Bedford on Sunday.
It shall be lawful to serve meals and furnish supplies, service,
and repairs required by automotive apparatus on Sunday within the
Town.
A.
It shall be lawful to operate any general merchandise establishments,
including but not limited to grocery stores, drugstores, and real
estate sales, on Sunday within the Town.
