Article I Bowman Brook Interceptor

§ A401-1 Creation. [1]

A Sewer Assessment District for the Bowman Brook Interceptor is hereby created which shall include all commercial properties with frontage on Route 101 from Bedford Center Road to the intersection of Route 101/114 including all properties with frontage on Constitution Drive.

Article II Constance Street

[Adopted 10-22-1997]

§ A401-2 Creation. [1]

A. There is hereby created a Sewer Assessment District for Constance Street.

B. A sewer assessment for the Sewer Assessment District called "Constance Street" is hereby authorized.
