The fee
for review of each application to construct or alter an individual
subsurface sewage disposal system is $200, which includes witnessing
soil logs and percolation tests, review of engineer plans and inspection
during construction. The fee shall be payable upon the filing of an
application.
B.Â
For the
issuance or renewal of a license to a person engaged in the business
of cleaning or emptying receptacles for the reception and storage
of human excrement or other putrescible matter: $100 per year for
each vehicle or conveyance.
