At the time of filing the preliminary subdivision plan, the
subdivider shall pay to the Borough a filing fee as established from
time to time by resolution of Borough Council.

The subdivider shall pay to the Borough all other fees required
by law, such as those for the opening of roads, connecting to Borough
sewers and water mains, and construction and occupancy of buildings.

The Engineer shall be notified at least 24 hours in advance
of any construction operation, such as sewer installation, paving
and so on, which requires inspection by the Borough.
